Went with the mofset regulator for my sportster when my factory unit tested bad. RM stator had it to my door in a few days and got me back on the road.

Easy installation and now my stator is able to charge the battery. Turned an unreliability issue into reliability. Not that I did diagnose that the factory voltage regulator was the issue before replacing the part. I am looking forward to enjoying the benefits of MOSFET technology.

Installed and works! Wiring for inside crankcase was 3”too long but was able to reroute. Holes on voltage regulator had to be enlarged but was not a problem. Overall very satisfied. YouTube video was very helpful!
