Installation
Installation
Before installing your new stator
- Check the AC output of the stator
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator rectifier
- Check and repair any melted wiring
- Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors
Our stator might have a different wire color code than your original part.
All the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation; we suggest as close as possible but no less than 0.010".
Warning:
Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing.
Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid malfunction.

Works great right out of the box no issues as of yet. I use alot of electricity on my build and it runs it all with minimal voltage drop... love this kit... strateforward easy install. I mounted the dual regulators on the roof of my sxs by the partical separator nade a couple ½ spacers out of scrap I had laying around for them to rest on.... never gets even warm to the touch... I had my doughts that this would fix my issues but I was proven wrong... thanks for males a product that actually works how it's supposed to....

SO FAR SO GOOD. I BEEN DOWN THIS ROAD NOT EVEN 10 HOURS ON THE LAST REGULATOR. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO RESEARCH. THIS REGULATOR IS BETTER QUALITY THAN MOST. TAKES HIGHER TEMPS .
