There is more than one possible CDI Box for this model, please compare your part with our picture. The other possible kit is RM22822

Installation
We highly recommend replacing the voltage regulator rectifier at the same time as the CDI unit. It is the reason for CDI failures. These units are triple tested at the factory to make sure they perform properly.
CDI BoxOur CDI may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This CDI is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors.
Warning:
Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing.
Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid malfunction.

The new stator arrived well packaged. Was already connectorized for my bike even though it had another connector and pins in the set, I guess just in case. Was easy to install, no issues. Would be great if the case gasket was an option to get without having to go through another vendor just for the gasket. And a small tube of high temp oil resistant rv would be a bonus. Then it would be a one stop shop. Over all of that, so far has been performing well.
