SPLYT SYSTEM

As featured by Dirt Trax Television, RMSTATOR SPLYT Technology provides a reliable solution to well-known charging system failures. Using a dual output stator with two completely separate stator windings, this system splits the power generated by the stator into two separate voltage regulators. These regulators then each operate with only half of the load of the original system, allowing them to maintain a lower temperature and increase reliability.

SERIES VOLTAGE REGULATORS
This system uses a new type of voltage regulator called a SERIES regulator. Rather than shunting excess power to ground like a typical regulator, it protects the battery from high voltage by disconnecting the stator coils from the regulator and preventing current from passing on. This type of voltage regulation generates less heat because current from the stator is prevented from flowing through the regulator.

ULTIMAGE RELIABILITY
With a stock charging system, voltage regulators are consistently operating within 5% of their maximum capacity, leading to heat and stress related failure. With the RMSTATOR SPLYT system, both SERIES voltage regulators are operating with 40% overhead for long life and stable output.

BETTER DESIGN
Contrary to the original OEM stator that uses one three phase stator winding, the SPLYT stator contains two completely separate three-phase coil windings. Each of these two windings then produces half of the power of the stock stator lowering the temperature in each individual coil.

EASY TO INSTALL
All parts use a Plug-and-Play design, just like the original OEM ones, so no special tool or knowledge is needed to install this system. Relocation wiring harnesses allow to relocate the regulators anywhere on your vehicle to get better air flow and easier access.

HEAVY DUTY FLYWHEELS

Our improved flywheel line is packed with features that makes you install and forget for years to come. Anyone who rides or repairs flywheels is probably familiar with the flywheel magnet problems. Many vehicles will have at least one flywheel failure in their lifetime so far. Low quality epoxy was used on OEM flywheels to secure the magnets to the rotor body. Over time and many heat cycles, the epoxy fails allowing the magnets to come loose and contact the stator, potentially causing catastrophic damage.

For years, service shops and dealerships have offered low cost repairs for flywheels to save the 400$+ OEM replacement. This sounds like a great idea at first, but there are some serious issues! The common repair is using JB Weld Marine Blue Epoxy to reattach the loose original magnets, or to install new ones. Epoxy fixes do repair flywheels in short term, if they are done correctly. However, this kind of repair can easily cause immediate problems, and impact long term reliability of your vehicle.

Our RMSTATOR heavy-duty flywheel rotor line is a well-priced solution to problems with the OEM flywheel, and an excellent alternative to all the mechanical troubles you can encounter with a repair.

IMPROVED EPOXY
Uses high temperature epoxy that is stronger than OEM, eliminating the possibility of magnet detachment.

HIGH GRADE STEEL CAPPING
Prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator.

ACE IGNITION SYSTEM

ACE Ignition consists of a unique CDI that converts AC source from stator to DC source.The result is more reliability, better spark, and easier diagnosis should you have another problem in the future.

NO NEED TO REPLACE THE STATOR
ACE Ignition uses the heavier winding of the lighting coil to power the ignition to send DC voltage to the battery which then feed the CDI. If the generator part of the stator and the pickup coil are still working, ACE Ignition is plug-and-play and can be installed without changing the stator.

ELIMINATE 95% OF STATOR FAILURES
ACE Ignition bypass the unreliable ignition coil located on the stator to generate ignition from the battery transforming a quite weak ignition system into a rugged durable one.
