2. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER OTHER THAN THROUGH THE WEB SITE?

Orders must include the following information: Your name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number and payment method.

If using a credit card be sure to include the complete card number and card expiration date. Make sure you properly identify items you wish to order. Be sure to include any specific order instructions.


3. WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENTS METHODS?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or money order. Orders paid by credit cards will be processed immediately and shipped.

Orders paid by money order will be processed upon receipt of money order in the correct amount. If paying by money order you must include all necessary shipping costs and tax if applicable.

Please note, payments are processed in Canada, where our administrative office is located. If you purchased with a credit card of a difference origin, this may cause your bank to charge you small international fees. We do not take responsibility for these fees. Thank you for your understanding.

If an item is back ordered, credit cards or money orders will be processed at the time of shipment. On Dealer orders please use methods of payment listed above. Company checks are only accepted with prior approvaL


4. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

RMSTATOR ships packages daily via USPS, Canada Post and UPS. Orders are shipped Ground unless instructed otherwise by the customer. Next Day Air shipping is available.

A 50$ fee will apply if returns, warranties or repairs are sent to RMSTATOR by Collect shipping. Buyer will also be responsible for the part to be shipped back to them.

Shipping is not included in the price of any of our parts.

For international orders, please be advised that shipping costs do not include broker, custom fees or any applicable taxes.


5. WHAT ARE THE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?

Normal business hours for are from 08:00 to 17:00 Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.


7. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

RMSTATOR parts are sold with the absolute best warranty in the business. OEM electrical parts don't even come close! RMSTATOR’s new electrical parts carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This one-year limited warranty is valid only on new parts. Parts must be returned to the point of purchase.

Parts purchased from RMSTATOR can be returned if they are unused and in the unopened package subject to a 15% administrative and handling fee. Shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.

If a component checks out as bad or inoperative, dealers and customers must first inspect the part in question; mail the part back with a copy of your purchase invoice to RMSTATOR


8. WHAT TO DO BEFORE RETURNING PARTS?

If a part is thought to be defective follow the steps outlined below. Test your part with peak voltmeter or ohmmeter. If you are not mechanically inclined we suggest you have your dealer or garage test it properly. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number in order to send any parts back to us.

All parts sent back to RMSTATOR without an RA number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.

9. WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION?

Send in your part with a copy of your invoice and your RA number clearly marked on the package. Parts sent in without a return authorization clearly marked on the package will be returned to the sender.

When we receive the parts we test and verify them. If the part is found to be defective, we will replace it, subject to replacement part availability. RMSTATOR will pay for ground shipping for the replacement part back to the customer.

Warranty covers only the cost of replacement parts. Labor is not included.

Please note: Many common problems can be handled simply and quickly just by reviewing the installation wiring code for each component. Please see the technical info page for detailed information on each part.

Within 2 weeks, we will test/return/replace the part in question. Note: Most often the components that are returned to us work perfectly. Incorrect installation is the main culprit.
