How to order
RMSTATOR INC accepts orders by phone at 819-838-1395 or 877-838-1399.
Orders can also be faxed at 819-838-1353, by mail at RMSTATOR INC, 3033 Audet Street, Ayer’s Cliff, PQ, Canada, J0B 1C0 or by email at rmstator@rmstator.com or seany@rmstator.com
Orders must include the following information:
Your name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number and payment method. If using a credit card be sure to include the complete card number, signature and card expiration date. Be sure to detail items you wish to order and any other order instructions.
Payments
RMSTATOR INC . accepts Visa, Mastercard, or money order. Orders paid by credit cards will be processed immediately and shipped. Orders paid by money order will be processed upon receipt of money order in the correct amount. If an item is back ordered, credit cards or money orders will be processed at the time of shipment. If paying by money order you must include all necessary shipping costs and tax if applicable.
On Dealer orders please use methods of payment listed above.
Company check accepted only with prior approval.
Shipping Policy
RMSTATOR INC ships packages daily via USPS, Canada Post and DICOM. Orders are shipped Ground unless instructed otherwise by the customer. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air shipping is available.
Shipping is not included in the price of any of our parts.
Minimum freight charge is $10.00.

Warranty
RMSTATOR INC parts are sold with the absolute best warranty in the business.
OEM electrical parts don't even come close!
RMSTATOR INC new electrical parts carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This one-year limited warranty is valid only on "New" purchase parts only. Parts must be returned to place of purchase. Parts purchased from RMSTATOR INC can be returned if they are unused and in the unopened package subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
You must have an RA number in order to send any parts back to RMSTATOR INC. All parts sent back to RMSTATOR INC without an RA number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.
If a component checks out as bad or inoperative, dealers and customers must first inspect the part in question; mail the part back with a copy of your purchase invoice to RMSTATOR INC.
BEFORE RETURNING PARTS
If a part is thought to be defective: You must follow the steps outlined below.
- Test your part with peak voltmeter or ohmmeter
- If you are not mechanically inclined we suggest you have your dealer or garage test it properly.
- Mail in your part with a copy of your original purchase invoice.
- We will contact you with a return authorization number, if the part is thought to be defective.
AFTER YOU OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION
After you receive a return authorization, any returned parts will be checked and replaced when found defective, subject to replacement part availability. RMSTATOR INC will pay for ground shipping for the replacement part back to the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice. Warranty covers only the cost of replacement parts. Labor is not included.
Parts sent in without a return authorization clearly marked on the package will be returned to the sender.
Please note: Many common problems can be handled simply and quickly just by reviewing the installation wiring code for each component. Please see the technical archive for detailed information on each part.
Within 2 weeks, we will test/return/replace the part in question. Note: Most often the components that are returned to us are perfectly okay. Unfortunately “Operator Error / Incorrect Installation” is the main culprit.
